Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placed. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends and gazetted holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the shipment may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow WonderEat additional days for product transit for delivery. In cases of significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone number provided by you at the time of order placement.
Shipping Rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for the order placed shall be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation through the provided email address at the time of order placement which will be used for communicating order confirmation, shipment charges, dispatch, tracking number, and order completion.
The shipment information will also carry the order tracking ID link and the details of the delivery partner.
Damages
WonderEat shall not be responsible for any product damage or loss during shipping. The customers are encouraged to record the package opening for the benefit of ease of returns.

WonderEat offers free shipping in India. Packages are shipped by trusted courier partners. WonderEat ships products globally. For International Orders shipping, charges are included. For packages shipped internationally, the purchase
Checking the status of your Order
Customers will receive an email notification confirming their order and for other related processes till the order is delivered. The email will include a tracking number via which you will be able to check the status of your order. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive any update within 10 days of the dispatch, please contact WonderEat millet products customer support with your name, order number, and purchase date.
